EVERY SATURDAY & SUNDAY 8AM - 3PM INDOORS AND OUTDOORS, RAIN OR SHINE. WE
HAVE A 15,000 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING WITH A BRAND NEW SNACK BAR,
HANDICAPPED ACCESSABLE BATHROOMS, AND LOTS OF VENDORS. OUTSIDE
THERE ARE LOTS MORE VENDORS AND PLENTY OF PARKING.
SATURDAY PARKING IS FREE ALL DAY
SUNDAY PARKING $2.00 ALL DAY

No reservations necessary. Just stay to the right side of the driveway and
someone will collect your rental fees and assign you to a particular space or
spaces.The only reservations we take are monthly payable in advance for
the entire month.
RATES:
INDOOR SPACES: This building has low ceiling height on one side. On that
side customers are not allowed to enter your space. They can easily see your
entire space from the pedestrian walkway inside the building. Spaces are
$25, $30, $35. depending on location. There is a one time $40.00 cleaning fee
collected at time of set up. This fee will be refunded upon moving out provided
the space is left broom clean and all other fees are paid. Indoor vendors who
rent by the month may leave their items in the building during the week.
The building is alarmed. We have indoor set up times on
Thursdays & Saturdays 10:00AM - 2:00PM.
OUTDOOR SPACES: (Saturdays)$15.00 Per week; $10.00 Per Week if Paid
MONTHLY IN ADVANCE
(Sundays) $25.00 Per Week; $20.00 Per Week if Paid MONTHLY IN ADVANCE.
One space is the area between 2 poles typically
about 20 x 25 feet.
TABLES: Sized 32" by 7' $4.00 per day rental each $3.00 per day if paid
monthly in advance tax included. Our employees set up and take down.
LIMITATIONS ON SALE, SWAP, DISPLAY OF GOODS
1. No Explosives, Firearms, Ammunition, Inflammables, Alcoholic beverages,
Pornographic materials, or any item of an illegal nature may be sold,
swapped, or displayed.
2. No food for sale, other than produce. Any exceptions must be cleared in
advance by Mansfield Marketplace management. The Management
reserves the right to limit food sales at its own discretion.
3. No animals (including pets) may be displayed or sold.
4.We reserve the right to eliminate anything from your display which we feel
is inappropriate or alter your display if we feel that is necessary.
UNSOLD ITEMS: All dealers are rquired to take all of their unsold items
and trash away with them. Trash and unsold items left behind are
considered unlawful dumping and will be treated as such.
CT STATE SALES TAX: Connecticut state sales tax registration forms are
available at the dealer information desk near the rest rooms in the Marketplace
building
RESTRICTIONS:
1. NO ANIMALS, INCLUDING PETS, ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES
2. NO SALE OF FOOD AND/OR BEVERAGE OTHER THAN PRODUCE
3. NO SALES BEFORE 8:00 AM. Town zoning premit is dependant on this.
Anyone caught buying or selling before 8:00 will be evicted.
4. The Management reserves the right of eviction, the right to eliminate any
items from sale, swap, or display, and the right to take any action it deems
necessary to provide reasonable care and protection to people and
property on its premises.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:
1. By accepting the assignment of a dealer space and payment of dealer fee,
Dealer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensee and Owner of
the premises against all cclaims of loss or injury and damage to persons or
property arising out of or in any way related to Dealers operations including
all costs, expenses and attorney's fees incurred by or on account of
Licensee or Owner.
2. Mansfield Marketplace specifically disclaims any responsibility for
damages, injuries or loss to persons entering its premises,including fire,
theft, breakage or collision, regardless of cause.

nonprofit organization. Give us a proposed date for your fundraiser. We'll get
back to you to set you up with free indoor space.
